RENT FAQS

You can rent an item for either 4, 8 or 12 days. If you wish you rent an item for longer than 12 days please get in touch with us for a bespoke quote.

Currently, we do not offer this service due to the demand for our stock.

To return your rentals, take your order to the Post Office using the box that your item was delivered with. A prepaid returns label will be included in your order – please stick this on your box over the old label on the garment carrier. Items must be dropped at the Post Office by 12pm on the last day of your rental.

Please note if your return date is a Sunday, you must post your return back to us by 12pm on the following Monday, and if your return date is a Bank Holiday Monday please return it by 12pm on the following Tuesday.

All our clothes are professionally dry cleaned in our warehouse, including ozone washing and ozone chambers. These are powerful sanitisers and removes odours, germs, bugs and 99.8% of viruses.  

Our warehouse use eco-friendly ozone to sanitise our garments, which minimises the use of chemical cleaners  

All our garments are deep cleaned each time they are returned to us.

All rentals are insured against minor damages. All damages will be examined on a case-by-case basis depending on the level of damage, the difficulty of repair, and whether the item can be replaced.

We are afraid this is not possible at the moment, our direct renting service is only available in the UK. If you live outside the UK we highly recommend getting in touch with your local clothing rental service and ask for Satatland. You could also email us at info@satatland.com and leave the name of your local rental service and we will talk to them directly to offer Satatland in your location.

Meanwhile, you can still buy any outfit and return it after use in exchange for 10% discount on your next purchase. The return shipping is on us.

LEASE FAQS

The minimum lease period is for 6 months. You may terminate the contract only after 6 months by returning the product.

The main difference between leasing and buying is the amount of time you can keep your product for and the price you pay. 

By leasing an outfit you can save up to 50% on full-price buying.

After 6 months you can keep the product for longer against the same monthly fee. The monthly payment stops when you either return the product or after 12 payments. After 12 payments you can keep the outfit for as long as you like and when it is no longer wearable or required, you can send it back to us in exchange of 10% discount on next purchase.

This option is currently not available. Watch out this space for updates.

We are afraid this is not possible at the moment. Our leasing service is only available in the UK, if you live outside the UK you can still buy any outfit and return it after use in exchange for 10% discount on your next purchase. The return shipping is on us.

Depending upon the clothing’s condition we either reuse, upcycle or recycle it.

We offer a free repair service for all our products. The shipping cost for the repair will be borne by the customer. Please get in write to us at info@satatland.com for assistance.
