Satatland | fashion that makes an impact for you
Satat (S-tuht) / Origin Hindi for Sustainable
We are Satatland, Ownership-free circular fashion. We make beautiful sustainable fashion with a vision to see a positive change in our lifetime by connecting producers, buyers, and the natural world. With us you have the freedom to shop based on how often you repeat your outfits, you could either rent or buy and save more than money. Join guilt-free, compromise-free, cruelty-free, and ownership-free circular fashion revolution.
From our inception, our ethos has been to create beautiful clothing that is undertaken with artisanal care to endure no skimp in detail and made using sustainable materials only. From the first sketch, our designs embody a fearless aspiration to merge original, feminine, and modern styles. This compassion for the environment, quality, and style empowers each piece in modern sexiness for the bold and liberated.
Wearing different outfits for every occasion means owning an endless overpacked wardrobe that comes at the cost of our environment, therefore, we envisioned an ownership-free future in Satatland.
Our designs can be rented UK and bought globally with an option to return for responsible reuse/upcycle/recycle when it is no longer wearable or required in exchange for a 10% discount and free shipping for the return.
Our vision is to see a positive change in our lifetime therefore we chose materials that are not only sustainable but leave a positive impact on the planet. We have handpicked materials that either reduce pollutions, restore biodiversity or preserve an art form.
One such material is GOTS certified Cruelty-free Peace Silk which is made by allowing the Silk moths to hatch from the cocoons, in return, they help in restoring biodiversity and make the surrounding soil fertile.
In Jharkhand, India it was thought to be impossible to cultivate rice from the field however after 8 years of practicing cruelty-free organic sericulture, we had the first production of rice in 2018. We have selected multiple such fantastic materials which not only feel amazing to wear but drive to bring a positive change in our world.
Along with sustainability in our products, we also ensure that our supply chain is ethical. We follow strict protocols when selecting our suppliers with a focus on human development. All our products are crafted by SEDEX compliant producers in India who provide impeccable quality as a result of their years of experience. Most of our suppliers & producers are the same as that of leading global luxury brands.

BEHIND THE SEEN
Karishma Gupta, Founder
Masters in Fashion Entrepreneurship and Innovations, London College of Fashion, and Bachelors In Fashion Technology, National Institute of Fashion Technology
Karishma founded Satatland with her dream to create a zero compromise fashion brand, beautiful, sustainable & ownership-free.
She is a fashion technologist and an entrepreneur. She has worked with apparel and textile manufacturers in the east and retail in the west. She has seen how rivers have turned toxic and land is being devastated for clothing that is not worn more than twice.
She has seen negative environmental impacts of fast fashion with her naked eyes in different countries. Because of what she has experienced, she decided to put an end to the madness and start Satatland.
Inspired by her Entrepreneur Father who built a successful business from recycling waste paper, Karishma from a very young age believed that a successful business can be built without damaging the environment
